Taken from the diary of Seth Farrowreaver, three months ago.

This all seems more confusing than I meant. Sparrowhawk gives me so little information and when it does arrive it is cryptic and overly simplistic. I am to work my way into the Obcriscra as a double agent to act as a sleeper? Perhaps an assassin? I don't know. All I do know is that Sparrowhawk and WW have promised me a return to the Sleetguard I know and love. Free from corruption, misery and tyranny.

I'll leave to Drallac soon, apparently there is work for my type with the Obcriscra to the south. They are less fussy about who they take on south of the border. I'll aim for Scorch Helm. I visited once for some training. I can call in for a place to sleep. I'll give it a day then visit the port to try and work out how they operate. I will have to lean on my persuasive skills.

Two days later

I'm in. That was worryingly easy. Thankfully. As I approached the first robed fool, I started sweating profusely and started stammering. I then told them that I needed work and I can do 'this'. Then I threw a spear 60 ft into a barrel. Come to think of it, that was quite impressive.

I'm stationed at Emberrun Station: easy guard work. No one messes with the Obcriscra shipments, even this far south of the Sleetguard border.
